Availability

• The system runs continuously, but service may be interrupted due to maintenance or provider outages.
• We monitor and alert on failures.

Liability

• We are not responsible for late payments, payment disputes, or outcomes resulting from customer non-payment.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous month.
